Application to be listed on the Database for the Supply of Goods and Services

New suppliers are invited to provide their details to the Department of Human Settlements to be placed on the database for the rendering of services accessible to Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMME's),  not exceeding R500 000.00.  All currently registered suppliers if stats has changed only, then contact officials below.

  2. Tax Clearance Certificate
  3. Declaration of Interest
  4. Contract Form
  5. Category Selection Sheet
  6. Declaration of Bidder's past Supply Chain Management practices.
  7. Certificate of Independent Bid Determination
