NATIONAL HOUSING MINISTER LINDIWE SISULU TO JOIN NEW REST, VOLUNTEERS FROM ALL HOUSING INSTITUTIONS, THE DEPARTMENT AND MEN OF NEW REST AND SORROUNDING AREAS, FOR THE DEPARTMENT MEN’S BUILD INITIATIVE, 08 NOVEMBER 2007

The National Minister of Housing, Lindiwe Sisulu, will join hands with volunteers from all housing institutions, the housing department and men of New Rest, on Thursday 08 November 2007. She will be participating in the building of more than 50 houses to be built during this month (29 October-29 November 2007) in the Department’s Men’s Build initiative.

Men’s Build is in line with the successful Women’s Build initiative organised during August to celebrate Women’s month. These houses will benefit the community of New Rest, whose beneficiaries will be selected by the community.
