HOUSING DIRECTOR-GENERAL ITUMELENG KOTSOANE AND ABSA DEVCO SIGN IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT FOR THE KLARINET INTERGRATED HOUSING PROJECT, WITBANK, MPUMALANGA

The Director-General of Housing Itumeleng Kotsoane, MEC of Housing in Mpumalanga Candith Mashigo-Dlamini and the Executive Mayor of eMalahleni Municipality, ZC Mbuku will be joined by Mr Sipho Mashinini, of ABSA Devco for the signing of the Implementation agreement for the Klarinet Intergrated Housing Project.

The Klarinet is the first Sustainable Intergrated Development housing project in Mpumalanga. The project will deliver 12 469 housing units in a single integrated human settlement within the eMalahleni Local Municipality in Witbank, with a total funding of R 1, 3 billion.

This mixed income project comprising of socia-economic amenities will have 6247 subsidised housing units, 2322 rental apartments and 3900 bonded housing units when completed.
