          The National Department of Housing Launches the Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment Policy (MEIA)

Housing Director General Itumeleng Kotsoane will launch the Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assement Policy (MEIA), On the 31 of July 2008 in Pretoria Diep in Berg.

The Policy (MEIA) will assist the National Department of Housing to determine whether housing policies and programmes are working as intended, and provide solutions to challenges identified to fast track housing delivery.

 The policy will also set the basis for monitoring and evaluating the housing sector by establishing principles to guide policies Programmes and projects
