The national Minister of Housing, Dr Lindiwe Sisulu, is visiting the fire affected area in Kayamnadi this afternoon

The national Minister of Housing Lindiwe Sisulu, accompanied by the MEC of Local Government and Housing in the Western Cape, Qubudile Richard Dyantyi, will this afternoon be visiting the fire affected area in Kayamnadi in Stellenbosch.

The fire destroyed 250 informal structures on Tuesday, 7 February 2006, leaving approximately 800 people homeless.
