As part of Women’s Month Celebrations, the Deputy Minister of Human Settlements, Zou Kota-Fredericks will, tomorrow 17 August 2017, address women at the South African Women in Construction Conference.

Under the theme: “Women Accelerating the delivery of Human Settlements through Alternative Building Technologies (ABT’s)”, the conference to be attended by more than 500 SAWIC members will discuss amongst other things, the introduction of ABT’s, thereby opening new opportunities for women to partake in the mainstream economy.

The SAWIC Conference will also use this opportunity to celebrate 20 years of its existence.
