The Department of Human Settlements in partnership with the University of South Africa will host a seminar on Tuesday, the 15th of August 2017 at St Georges Hotel.

Under the theme: How the Human Settlements Sector is responding to the rapid increase of urbanisation in South Africa, the seminar will amongst others, provide a platform for the Minister, academics and various practitioners in the human settlements sector to debate and seek solutions to current challenges such as rapid urbanisation and transformation.
 

Minister Lindiwe Sisulu, the Department’s Director-General Mbulelo Tshangana, top academics from the University of South Africa and leaders of civil society are expected to attend the seminar.
