Human Settlements Deputy Minister Pam Tshwete will engage with the stakeholders and community members of Witzenberg in the Cape Winelands District Municipality, in the Western Cape Province.

The Deputy Minister will also use the visit to unlock challenges around the issuing of title deeds and other human settlements related matters. The Deputy Minister will be accompanied by the speaker of Witzenberg Local Municipality, Cllr Johnnerey Mouton.
