Hand over of sixty houses to commemorate the 1956 Women's March

A TOTAL of 60 women will be proud owners of their new Breaking New Ground (BNG) houses next week when the Deputy Minister of Human Settlements Zou Kota-Fredericks and North West MEC for Human Settlements visit Itsoseng township.

The housing handover is part of the activities organized by government to celebrate the Women’s Month in honour of the women who marched to the Union Buildings in 1956 against pass laws.

The Deputy Minister and MEC Galaletsang Gaolaolwe will be joined by Mayor of Ditsobotla Local Municipality, Daniel Buthelezi.
