MINISTER KUBAYI TO HANDOVER TITLE DEEDS IN FEZILE DABI DISTRICT, FREE STATE

Human Settlements Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi, together with Free State Premier Mxolisi Dukwana and MEC for Cooperative Governance Traditional Affairs and Human Settlements, Ketso Makume will on 3 November 2023, handover title deeds to beneficiaries in Fezile Dabi District, Moqhaka Local Municipality, Free State Province.

The Department of Human Settlements has embarked on a Title Deeds Friday campaign to fast-track the issuing of title deeds to the rightful owners. A total of about 30 000 title deeds are readily available for handing over to beneficiaries around the country and the Free State province accounts for the highest number of at least 16 000 title deeds.

The handover of title deeds and community engagement will be preceded by the launch of a bulk infrastructure project expected to yield 5300 serviced stands to benefit the community of Moqhaka Municipality, in the Fezile Dabi District.
