A new mixed housing project consisting of 9 600 units that encourages integrated human settlements between various income groups will be launched in Johannesburg on Thursday, the 20th of September 2012.

Human Settlements Minister Tokyo Sexwale, Gauteng MEC for Local Government and Housing, Ntombi Mekgwe and the MMC for housing in the city of Johannesburg, Bonakelo Bovu will also hand over 283 Social housing units and 89 fully subsidized high rise units in Fleurhof, South-West of Johannesburg.
