Human Settlements Deputy Minister Ms Zou Kota-Fredericks will deliver the keynote address at a Human Settlements People’s Housing Process (PHP) conference in Pretoria from the 25-26 August 2010.

PHP is a programme of the Human Settlements department designed to support communities that wish to maximize their housing subsidies by building their own homes.

The aim of the conference is to develop systems and tools that can assist in increasing the implementation of government’s PHP programme around the country.

The conference will be attended by more than 200 delegates from government, NGOs, CBOs and other.
