This is a legal matter as guided by the South Gauteng High Court based on the application initially brought by the Human Rights Commission. The Lenasia framework, encompassing an accord by all parties concerned, has been completed and agreed upon. The next course of action is for this agreement to be presented to a Special Lenasia Intervention Team meeting involving Minister Sexwale, Chairman of the Human Rights Commission Advocate Lawrence Mushwana, and the Gauteng MEC for Human Settlements Ntombi Mekgwe.
