The programme is aimed at creating a pool of skilled youth between the ages of 16-35 years to meet the demand for scarce and critical skills in the short and medium terms. 300 youth from surrounding communities will be trained in different trades within the human settlements sector include bricklaying, plumbing and carpentry.
