The Deputy Minister, together with the Deputy Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Ms Candith Mashego-Dlamini and Deputy Minister of Water & Sanitation, Ms Pam Tshwete will engage with women on empowerment opportunities and create awareness on services that exist within government, and how ordinary rural communities can access them.
