Sisulu to address farmers on the Ministry priorities over the next five years

The Minister for Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation, Ms. Lindiwe Sisulu, will deliver a keynote address at the Agri South Africa Congress set to take place on the 10th – 11th of October 2019. This will be the Minister’s first engagement with the agricultural sector since becoming the Minister of Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation.

Meeting under the theme: “Shaping the agricultural landscape in the age of 4th Industrial Revolution”, Minister Sisulu is expected to address the congress on the Ministry’s priorities affecting the agricultural sector over the next five years.

Agri-SA is one of the most important stakeholders of the Ministry as its affiliates continue to play a critical role on job creation and food security.


The Agri-SA’s annual congress attracts leaders from nine provincial affiliates, commodity organisations, corporate members, ambassadors and captains of industry amongst others.
