MINISTER SIMELANE LEADS BACK TO SCHOOL CAMPAIGN IN THE CITY OF TSHWANE, GAUTENG

Human Settlements Minister, Thembi Simelane will engage with learners of Edward Phatudi Comprehensive School and JJ De Jong Primary School in Atteridgeville in the City of Tshwane.

In line with government initiatives and endeavour to strengthen and highlight education as a national priority, essential for human and economic development, the Minister accompanied by the MEC for Human Settlements in Gauteng Province, Ms T. Motara, MPL, Deputy Mayor, City of Tshwane, Cllr. E. Modise and the National Youth Development Agency: Deputy Executive Chairperson, Ms K. Mogale, will engage with both learners and school governing bodies (SGB) and take stock on the state of readiness for this year’s school calendar year programme.
