Mr T I Gamede (MK) to ask the Minister of Human Settlements:
(1)    (a) What is the estimated budget allocated for the rectification of the 135 homes in the Hillside Phase 3 project in KwaMaqoma, formerly known as Fort Beaufort which has since began in 2016 and (b) how is the budget being funded;
(2)    whether her department will seek to recover any of the costs from the original contractors responsible for the shoddy construction; if not, why not; if so, when?    NW3741E
