The NHBRC will be launching the Material Testing Laboratory that will address all sub-standard building materials as the quality assurer and a housing consumer protector in the home building environment as a Home Building Regulator.

We are delighted to announce the civil division of our Laboratory has officially achieved SANAS accreditation – this demonstrates technical competency for a defined scope and the operation of a management system. 

This significant milestone is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence, quality, and technical competence.
