All media practitioners covering the two-day Innovative Building Technologies (IBTs) Summit, taking place from 03 to 04 February 2026 at Nasrec Expo Centre, Johannesburg,are requested to collect their accreditation from 1-2 February 2026.

Hosted by the Department of Human Settlements, the Summit brings together government, building industry, academia, investors, and civil society to advance innovative solutions for sustainable human settlements.

The IBT Summit will be held under the theme: “Mainstreaming Innovative Building Technologies for Sustainable Human Settlements”.The accreditation process will take place as follows:
