HUMAN SETTLEMENST MINISTER LAUNCHES THE IMPALA PLATINUM MINES SUNRISE VIEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT IN RUSTERNBURG

The Minister of Human Settlements Tokyo Sexwale will launch the Impala Platinum Mines Sunrise View affordable housing project in Rustenburg. The project, comprised of 2 & 3 bedrooms, will yield more than 1 500 units with costs ranging between R 225, 000 and R 265, 000.

The project is aimed at affording employees who don’t qualify for the government low cost housing subsidy or a home loan an opportunity to own a house in well located areas with social amenities, access to employment and the city centre.

This is a partnership between the three spheres of government, organised labour, experienced professional team, affordable insurance and reliable council.

Members of the media are requested to convene at the …….. Community hall for a meeting with the Technical team responsible for the project before the official programme for the day starts.
