Human Settlements Minister Tokyo Sexwale will on Wednesday, 20 June 2012, officially launch the R 250 million newly constructed Masimong Community Residential Units (CRU) in Welkom, Free State.

Minister Sexwale will be joined by Sarah O Mlamleli, Free State MEC for Human Settlements, Executive Mayor of Matjhabeng Local Municipality, Sebenzile Ngagelizwe and the chairman of Harmony Gold Mines, Patrice Motsepe.

The project is aimed at providing affordable rental housing stock of high quality to low income earning families to restore their dignity.
